The Association for Climate Health Story
The Association for Climate Health started in 2019 as a response to the growing threat of climate change and disruption. We created this nonpartisan forum for sharing ideas and information across disciplines. Our founder, Nancy Boxer, graduated from Harvard University with degrees in economics and regional planning. She taught economics at Harvard College, served as a state regulator, worked for a major oil company and as an independent financial consultant before retraining in medicine and psychotherapy. A long-time hiker and environmentalist, she aims to provide ideas and resources that help people, business, governmental agencies take action to stabilize the earth's climate; thus we can create a more sustainable world for our children and our children's children.
